Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Heavenly AVI handles information when you visit our website, send a contact request, transfer a file, or use our payment page.
Information we collect
When you send a contact request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, project scope, and message. We also store the request time, IP address, and browser user-agent so we can protect the form, investigate abuse, and support reliable follow-up.
If you allow optional measurement, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive information about your browser, device, pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, and campaign or referral source. We do not send contact-form names, email addresses, messages, or invoice numbers to these tools.
How we use information
- Respond to requests and provide the services or support you ask for.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms.
- Measure website performance and advertising only when you allow optional tools.
- Maintain records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional Google tools are off until you make a privacy choice. You may accept all optional tools, allow analytics only, or reject optional tools. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with the Privacy choices control in the website footer.
Payments and file transfers
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Heavenly AVI does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe receives the payment and billing information needed to process the transaction. Our payment service may retain transaction references needed for receipts, security, and accounting.
Files you upload through our protected transfer service are stored in Amazon Web Services and are accessible only through the authorized workflow. Please do not upload information that is unrelated to the requested project or support work.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers such as Amazon Web Services and AWS Amplify, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe to host, secure, measure, communicate, and process transactions. They may process information for us under their own contractual and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Contact requests are scheduled for automatic deletion 24 months after submission. Deletion by the database service may take a short additional period, and protected backup copies may remain until their normal backup lifecycle ends. Other business, payment, security, and accounting records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose or applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may use the footer control to change optional analytics and advertising choices. You may also ask us to review, correct, or delete contact information we hold, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.
